Grass League Registration Rules

• Each team should designate only one player to register. Please communicate within your team as VGVA will not provide refunds for duplicate team registrations.
• The person who pays for registration also serves as the point of contact for the team and must submit a team roster by Friday May 10 (Friday May 24 for David Lam Park). The link to submit the roster will be sent to you in confirmation email.
• Each person is limited to purchasing one team spot.
• The person who pays must play for the team they’re registering
• The Wednesday league at David Lam Park will start two weeks later on May 29 due to park renovations. Please see the updated dates and team fees below.
• VGVA will open a waitlist at 8:30pm; email chair@vgva.com with your request. We will use the email’s timestamp to determine the waitlist order.
• Play days cancelled due to weather conditions are done for the safety of the league and there will be no pro-rated refunds or extension of play.
• All players are expected to assist setting up and cleaning up at the direction of the league directors.
