Grass Registration 

Registration this year will be facilitated in two waves: by the registration period and then the payment period. Teams are invited to register for their desired location (i.e. Tuesday – Creekside or Wednesday – at David Lam) on April 14th, 2025 at 7:00 PM PDT via the VGVA.com website (insert link). The person who registers will be considered to be the team captain and they will be asked to provide their name, email, and phone number. The registration period will close at 7:00 PM PDT on April 15th, 2025. Upon closure of registration, the VGVA admin team will begin processing registration data and the first 22 teams registered for David Lam and 6 teams for Creekside will be identified based on the order in which registrations were received online (i.e. time/date stamp). Payment links will be sent to team captains on April 21st at approx 7:00 PM PST. From the receipt of the payment link, team captains will have 24 hours to confirm payment and if no payment is received you will have been determined to have missed confirming your registration and we will move on to the next team on the registration list. If there are any openings or registrations forfeited, those teams who are waiting for a payment link to confirm registration will receive a link based on their registration timestamps and the same 24 hour time limit will be imposed. This process will continue until such time as the league is fully sold out.
