Drop-in Procedures and Expectations for Indoor Volleyball Players

Step 1: Check the calendar to ensure that there is a scheduled session on the Friday night you plan to drop in.

Step 2: Before 5 pm on the day of play, submit the ‘Drop-in Form’ (found below) to secure one of the 12 available open spots. If it’s your first time, kindly mention it in the comment section. New players are warmly welcomed, and we’ll try to ensure a spot for your first time.

Step 3: Between 5-5:30 pm, the recreational director will conduct a random draw and send invitations via email to the selected players. The email will include a link for drop-in fee payment. Please make payment promptly to confirm your spot.

Step 4: At 6 pm, any remaining open spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to players who were not initially selected. Act quickly to secure your place.

Step 5: Arrive at King George Secondary School by 7 pm, locate the director, and sign the waiver.

Finally, warm up and prepare for the game. After announcements, the director will assign teams for the night. Six teams will play nine 15-minute games on two courts. Don’t forget your knee pads and water bottles!

We look forward to seeing you on Friday night 😉
