Every summer, VGVA offers fun-filled Sunday afternoon grass volleyball! Since Sunset Beach, our usual venue, is being maintained, we are currently playing at Creekside Park, by Science World. See map below.
Grass volleyball runs from June 6th to August 29th. It's a great way to meet new people and get some exercise playing fun volleyball! Grass volleyball is done on a drop-in basis and players from all skill levels are welcome.
There is no charge to play and no registration is required. Just drop by; bring your sun screen, something to drink and be ready for a great time!
Play runs Sundays, usually from noon to 4PM. We love volleyball, but we're not crazy... Grass Volleyball is played weather permitting. If in doubt or if you have any questions, please email Tony, the Grass Volleyball Director.
We do not play during Vancouver Pride weekend or the Labour Day long weekend.
